About Longevity Labs Tracker
Longevity Labs Tracker tracks cash prices for longevity-focused blood tests sold directly to consumers by online lab sellers, and compares the published prices of testing memberships. It is for people who pay for their own testing and want to see prices side by side.
How prices are collected
- Once a day a script reads each participating seller's public product pages and records the price shown on the page, with a timestamp.
- It checks each site's robots.txt first, waits several seconds between requests, and skips any site that disallows access or blocks automated requests.
- Sellers whose terms of use forbid automated access are not collected.
- If a price can't be read, it is left out. Prices are never estimated or filled in by hand.
- Membership prices are checked by hand on each company's official pricing page; each figure shows its source and date.
What we focus on
Instead of a full lab catalog, we cover a short list of markers often discussed in longevity circles (ApoB, Lp(a), hs-CRP, HbA1c, homocysteine, fasting insulin), the total cost of buying them together, and memberships.

Quest (questhealth.com) is link-only: marker pages link to its listings, but no Quest prices are collected or shown. "Not collected" means the seller is turned off in our configuration, for example because its terms of use forbid automated access. "Skipped" means the site returned a bot challenge, which we do not try to get around.
What we don't do
We don't give medical advice, recommend tests, interpret results or make health claims. Prices exclude taxes and may exclude fees shown only at checkout.
